Story
We created Co. Leek because people in Leek and the Staffordshire Moorlands shouldn’t have to spend hours commuting to Manchester or Birmingham to find a workspace that feels inspiring, professional and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in.
We wanted to create a quality coworking space in Leek for entrepreneurs, creatives, small teams and remote workers who want a better place to work, meet and create — without the commute.
Our space is designed around the way people actually want to work. Think natural light, ergonomic furniture, quiet focus areas, a private meeting room, soundproof booths for private calls and deep work, and plenty of comfortable breakout space when you need to step away from your desk.
There’s a modern kitchen with integrated appliances, a selection of healthy (and not-so-healthy) snacks and drinks available through our online shop, and plenty of thoughtful little touches throughout the space that make Co. feel less like an office and more like somewhere you actually want to be.
And then there’s our Co.mmunity.
More than anything, we wanted to create a close-knit community of like-minded people from Leek and the surrounding area — a place where you can meet interesting people, share ideas, build relationships and where Co.llaborations happen naturally.

Yes, subject to our application and eligibility checks. Co. provides a physical address in Leek suitable for receiving company correspondence, rather than a PO Box.
Will my home address appear on Companies House?
Using Co. as your registered office or director's service address can help keep your residential address separate from the relevant public company records. Your usual residential address may still need to be provided privately to Companies House.
Do I need to work from Co.?
No. That's the point.
You can have your business address at Co. without becoming a coworking member.
Can I collect my post?
Yes. Your service will specify how collection works and when post can be collected.
Can you forward my post?
Yes. We can arrange postal forwarding for an additional fee, with postage charged separately.
Can I use the address on my website and business stationery?
Yes, where appropriate for the address service you've purchased.
Can I use it for Companies House?
Our Registered Office and Director's Service Address services are designed for this purpose, subject to our onboarding checks and the applicable legal requirements.
Can anyone sign up?
No. Because we handle company correspondence, we carry out appropriate checks before accepting customers.
